Requirements:

 An interface on COM 1, 2, 3, or 4.
 Data at the CTS[default], DCD, or DSR pin.
   (Enter this in TREPORT.INI before first running)
 Default PIN is CTS.

In the Top Row:

 System ID; If the System ID changes, the program reloads and resets toggles
 	to default or what is set in the CFG file.
 The system Date and Time if the site or system sends out a clock sync
 Site number of the system if it's AMSS or SmartZone
 Busy, Private Call, Interconnect, Emergency, and Call Request
 	counter for the session.
 Background System Status, and Net Status if SmartZone.
 Data Decoding Accuracy shown by a spinner.
  - Red indicates below 85% decoding accuracy, white above 85%.
 Local Date & Time
 ScanMark (Used by Priority Monitor, ASTRO Only systems do not use them)
 [--------]/[01234567]: Active Partitions will display their colored number
 	when active. (White=Normal,Analog; Green=TypeIIi(I); Gray=ASTRO)
 A comment which is read from file to 'title' the system.
 RID/TG field which is where you enter the Radio ID or TG to watch and view.
 Connect Tone.
 If the Site is in Site Trunking (Blinks RED)
 The maximum length an Interconnect may be.
 Control Channel frequency.
 Channel Status to show all 28 channels and what their status is
  - G for Group	Call, I for Private Call, B for BSI, M for Malfunction/Out
 	Of Service, T for Telephone Interconnect, and - for idle.



In the Report Window:

  See "EVENTS.TXT"



Menus at the bottom of the screen:
  [m]Main; which directs you to other menus and has a few most used options.
  [w]Watch; which shows the events and their status.
  [x]System; which is used to set logging, band conversion, tones, etc.

  [=]Last Use Channel Bar; displays the channel and what it was last used for
     such as the Group and Radio, Radio to Radio Call, and PHON with Radio ID.

 'q' Quit the Program
 'a' Turn affiliations Off or On
 'd' Turn deaffiliations Off or On
 'p' Turn Page Send/Ack Off or On
 'c' Turn BSI reports Off or On
 'f' Turn Failure codes Off or On
 'r' Turn rejection/error codes Off or On
     -This includes Invalid Radio ID, groups, and SmartZone codes
 'b' Turn Busys Off or On
 's' Turn Status sends Off or On
 '0' Turn call grants for TGs between 001 and 1FF On or Off
 '1' Turn call grants for TGs between 200 and 3FF On or Off
 '2' Turn call grants for TGs between 400 and 5FF On or Off
 '3' Turn call grants for TGs between 600 and 7FF On or Off
 '4' Turn call grants for TGs between 800 and 9FF On or Off
 '5' Turn call grants for TGs between A00 and BFF On or Off
 '6' Turn call grants for TGs between C00 and DFF On or Off
 '7' Turn call grants for TGs between E00 and FFE On or Off
 'e' Turn Emergency events Off or On
 <SpaceBar> Causes a visual marker to be printed to screen.
 '_' Toggles a debug mode.
 '8' Converts the hex channel value to 800MHz (And print CChan to Status Window)
 '9' Converts the hex channel value to 900MHz (")
 'z' Convert hex to UHF/VHF frequency accoring to frequency definitions (")
 'S' Enables splinter frequency conversion
 'F' Cause the alternate sites and alternate CCs to redisplay.
 't' Turns the Tone Off or On
 'A' Turns all Events and Partitions On
 'l' Logging
 'Z' Switch back to showing only hex channel values.
 'P' Turn Private Call and Telephone Call Reporting Off or On.
 'C' Show RX/TX hex channel pairs when a Call Grant is made.
 'w' Watch Menu
 'M' Patch and MSEL
 '`' Toggles No Logging on bad signal strength
 'F#' Function keys 1 through 12 are used to input Radio IDs to watch
 'Shift-F#' Function keys 1 through 12 are used to input TGs to watch
 'R' Print Radio IDs being wathced to event window
 'T' Print TGs being watched to event window
 'Ctrl-R' To enter Radio ID to query affiliation status
 '@' Turn on dumping raw data to file [DUMP.TRE]
 'y' Turn events sent by the System (ie., RDM) On or Off
 'Y' Turn background System Information On or Off
 'k' Clear the event window
 '=' Last Use Channel Bar (Hit once to display, again to remove)

Known Bugs:

 -Some events may not display correctly. Talk Groups and Radio IDs should line
   up in a column. Please notify me if so.
