Bacon Swiss Tarts

Ingredients
- 12 squares of pastry sheet dough
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 6 teaspoons crushed bacon bits
- 6 teaspoons shredded swiss cheese
- 1 chopped green onion
- paprika
- black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Loosely drape pastry dough squares over the openings of a 12 cup muffin tin. Spoon ½ teaspoon bacon bits, ½ teaspoon chopped onion, ½ teaspoon swiss cheese into the center of each pastry.
Beat egg and cream in a small bowl. Spoon ½ teaspoon of egg mix evenly over each mound of ingredients in the pastry.
Sprinkle a dash of black pepper and paprika on each pastry.
Bake at 375° F for 10-15 minutes until edges are golden brown and the filling is cooked.
Serving Suggestion
They make great appetizers for just about any occasion.
