Since I have not spent any time working on this little project, I have decided to help you help yourself.
Improving Content Quality
The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) is the body charged with developing
standards reccomendations for the Web. The W3C reccomends standards for nearly all web
technologies. I would suggest that you follow their guidelines closely. They are very
well thought out, and, would likely prevent you from making stupid mistakes out of ignorance.
