Horizontal Rules...
Horizontal rules are great for dividing sections of a page. I would recommend that you do not attempt to use an image as a horizontal rule. An image used as a rule can be a great effect, though. You should make sure that the image is not out of place. Please take my above segment on colors into consideration when choosing a horizontal rule. Please use the same HR throughout the page. It portrays your page as unreliable if you use several different or contrasting HRs on the same page.
